The gate agent, Nina, was great and straightened out our reservations... Issued our boarding passes and we're on the plane. Turns out the boys' basketball and baseball coach, and his co-coach/wife are in the same flight to Chicago and to Rome.
A family adventure of travelling for 2 months through Europe, by train.
